2 Yoga for the Moment

Ground the body and calm the mind with asana practice, breath and meditation in a small, intimate setting. From warm-up to wake-up, cool-down & relaxation, each class is tailored to the group's needs that day, that week.
  
First class is free; classes thereafter are donation-based.
